  Probably the most famous place in Mexico, foor years Acapulco was known as a party haven for the rich and famous. Nowadays Acapulco is still the Pearl of the Pacific with its gorgeous beaches and a pumping nightlife that never seems to stop. Like every Mexican city, Acapulco has a darker side. Poverty, homelessness and pollution all reside here but there are also beaituful spots like the amazing botanical gardens as well as lots of good restaurants.

 If you can't get enough of Mexican party life then  check thos place out. Once a little fishing town, Cancun became famous during the 1970s and now hosts more than four million tourists each year. Party hard at night and relax on beautiful beaches during the day.

  Located on the American border, Tijuana's claim to fame is that it is the most crossed border in the world. It is also a Mecca for bacpackers, a place with great party venues, fun bars, brothels and strip clubs. The city has a bit of a bad reputation because you can buy drugs on most street corners but you don't need to be loved-up to enjoy this kettle of multicultural diversity, the place is buzzing enough as it is.

  Located 2240m above sea level on the ruins of the Aztec capital Tenochtitlan, Mexico City is often described as an over rowded place with horrendous air  pollution and a drug-related crme rate that makes you want to run. Even if this is true, Mexico City still has flair. Stroll around the Plaza de la Constitucion or Zocalo, which is the beating heart of this historic city. Explore the Cathedral Metropolitana and the ruins of the Aztec Templo Mayor, rounding the day off downtown with a shot of tequilla and some enchiladas.
